Still the same

Knowing that with God we can be our true selves. We can take off the masks we wear to show to the world and through prayer we can go to God and be in his presence completely vulnerable. We can be with him just as we are.

Letting him know our truths our fears and worries and doubts knowing he won't judge us, but feel the safest we could ever feel. With God we can be truly safe because we can trust God one hundred percent because he would never hurt us.

All we have to do is give him everything and be honest with God, trusting in him we are assured that he will never let us down.

People may reject or overlook you but God loves you. To God you are someone very special. God values you even if others don't. God is not only your father and creator he is your friend. A best friend that you can count on who is by your side, who will never let you down or leave you. He says I will never leave you nor forsake you. He feels your pain and he sees your suffering and he just wants you to let him take it all away and asks we give it all to him because he cares about us.

'I can't be my true self around others for fear they might stab me in the back or gossip about me and reveal innermost secrets. I have had so many bad experiences in my life. But I can tell God everything, knowing that there's is nothing hidden that he doesn't already know about me. But I can go to God knowing he is listening and cares about every word I am saying. He would never call me silly and brush me off

He really cares about everything I care about. I think of God as the perfect parent and the perfect friend.'

Jesus died on the cross he understands our suffering. He empathises with us in our pain and suffering. He knows what it feels to be human although he is perfect without sin he still understands us.

God created you so he knows the blueprint of your mind and body. He knows the blue print to your soul. He knows us more than we know ourselves. He loves us and created us out of love. He gave us life and a place to live on this earth purely out of love.

Each breath that we breath is one we have never breathed before, because God provides it because he loves us. He wants nothing back from us only that we love him. How can we not love a creator that gives us life. And allows us or has allowed us to share this journey with our loved ones, some very special people we have had the privilege to know and meet in our lives.

You may be wondering why am I suffering with mental illness or any illness and feel you are not enjoying life. Iife may be difficult but remember God is with you. We live in a fallen world, which is why we need God even more than ever. There's so much sickness, evil, murder and suffering on this planet. We need God and God's word as guidance to live by. We need God to protect and guide us and make ways out of challenging situations where there seems to be no way out of it. Suffering included.

Many people may have overlooked you. Written you off but that's not their place. God still has a plan for your life a purpose even if seems you are doing nothing right now and just drifting through life.

God still has a plan and purpose for you. Without you there would be a huge gap missing in this world and especially in the lives of others. You don't know what a difference you may have made to someone's life. Keep touching lives.

Have you ever noticed that each day is never the same it is always different. The trees and nature itself are forever changing. There is always the next season then the next. We never miss a season.

And as human beings we are always changing even if it feels like we are not.

Can you recall how far you have come? Where you were last week or 2 months ago or 2 years ago? Probably in a different place and had a different mindset.

God is never changing he is reliable and faithful. You can go to him always knowing that he will never change towards you. When you remove your mask he will still love and adore you. He will still rescue you in your desperation and when your in excruciating pain. When you have made mistakes. When you are crying and when the world seems like a very cruel place. God has got your back. Keep holding onto God and remember God can also do a new thing in you and your life. That's how extraordinary he is.
